How is it that self-doubt takes center stage as soon as you have some insight into your life?

What happens to you in that very moment AFTER you receive inspiration or AFTER you sense your inner wisdom?

What happens after you receive the inner knowing to take that job, or call that friend that you have been meaning to call, or write down that creative or innovative idea or insight?

What happens?

Well, most of us rationalize the intuition away with self-doubt. We get double vision where the vision in our mind and the vision of our heart is in conflict.

It’s NOT Your Fault!

In this week’s “Morning Shower Aha! Moment”, I share how your intuition trips the infamous wire of your fight or flight alarm system. This alarm will stop you in your intuitive tracks and the time is now for you to know what to do about it.

You will find 3 valuable tips in the video.

So, what are some ways in which you can go through this alarm system and not get zapped with paralysis or destructive behavior so that YOU can begin to make your authentic dreams come true?

The first step is awareness.

Are you even aware of what your specific default is when your intuition trips the safety and security alarm system? Think about what you do when you know you want something, but that darn alarm trips and you find yourself in a state of stuckness or confusion. What do you reach for to cope with this uncomfortable feeling? Being aware is key.

The second step is acknowledge your fears.

Write down or reflect on all the fears that you have about following through on the intuitive guidance that you have been given. Lay it all out. Write down everything that scares the crap out of you. When you acknowledge your fears, it’s as good as facing them. When you face your fears, they aren’t as scary as they seem. The safety and security alarm system would have you believe you are in a life or death situation, but you will quickly realize that you are ok and you are just a little scared of the unknown.

Thirdly and this is the most important step, take action.

And NO…I am not necessarily talking about taking action that is directly related to the intuition. You can instead take fun and pleasurable action that supports your intuition, but doesn’t force you to make an immediate decision or change. By taking any action, you are actually resetting the alarm system and this gives the alarm system a break from the fight or flight action or inactive procrastinating paralysis that you might normally default to. You are actually creating new neural pathways in the brain that support new intuitive information to flow through you.

This third tip is really the most important because we really need to get away from the flight or fight or freeze reaction and begin to respond from a self-actualized evolved place of consciousness. The time is now for us to evolve from the primitive ways of doing our lives.

Response versus reaction is the new evolving way of doing things.

In this week’s Morning Shower Aha! Moment, I share with you how to build a bridge between your comfort zone and your discomfort zone.

In this video, you will discover how the bridge will support you when you are in those uncomfortable empty gaps in life. The bridge can assist you to develop your skills of courage when you are feeling vulnerable in uncomfortable life situations.

Instead of reaching for distracting substitutes that disempower your ability to be confident, you can reach for a bridge that will support you as you walk over the unknown waters of discomfort.

I had a dialogue with God today and it went something like this:

Me: Hola!

God: Hola!

Me: So, I’d like to know one way in which you activate a person’s soul to make sure that they really really really feel an activation from you. How do you do it?

God: My favorite way to activate someone is through boredom. When they get so bored with what their physical person is doing, they naturally want to do something different. Through free will, they make choices. The choices they make aren’t always the most expanded choices they could make, but they usually do reach for something to cope with boredom. Oh, yeah….I get bored, too.

The Difference Between Intuition and Instinct

When you act instinctively, you are reacting and taking action from an old and fixed pattern of thought recognized by your subconscious and unconscious self, the person you were in the past, down to your past DNA.

When you act intuitively, you are responding and taking action from new creative thought forms not yet experienced by your conscious Self, the person you are today, in the NOW.

I like the car analogy that can be made when you react from instinct, rather than from an intuitive response. It’s like driving an old clunker with wooded wheels compared to a futuristic time-traveling vehicle, respectively.

Intuition bucks the entire instinctual system!

Intuition is the nudge inside of you that knows you better than you know you.

It is the evolution inside of you that is asking you to grow and contribute and be creative so that you can evolve into a more expanded version of yourself.

So, when you get stuck or confused, know that you are reverting back to unconscious fears holding you in a stuck position, or the status quo of your fixed instincts.

Instincts are like De-Evolution!

If you want to evolve, begin to tap into your intuition and from this place of inner wisdom, you can invoke your creativity and ability to innovate and create the life of your dreams.

When I say phrases like:

I’m stuck.

I don’t know.

I’m confused.

These phrases are code for:

I don’t have the safe solution.

I’m scared.

I’m afraid of the unknown.

Two ways to stop feeling stuck and start feeling free is to:

1. Get honest with the fact that you are scared of the unknown outcome. It’s Ok, we all fall into this trap of fear and when we address the fear of the unknown, it softens the threat.
2. Know your personal core values so you can use that highest value to guide your decisions. Your personal core value is your focal point, your brightest north star to point you in the best direction that honors the Truth of your Life.

If you take pride and identify yourself as a problem-solver than this message is for you!

By nature, almost all of us are problem solvers and I’m going shed some new light on how to let go of the idea that you have problems in the first place.

If I can be the voice of divine guidance and wisdom for you, my message is that you do not have problems, you have circumstances.

You are smart!

You have an abundance of resources and there are miracles all around you, just waiting to be revealed.

I don’t care how big or small your situational issues are, you have the ability to reach within yourself for wisdom and follow your guidance. Follow the sensations in your body and if you need help, reach out. There are so many guides and healers on this planet that are willing to assist you.

Your job is to just let go of the notion that you have a problem in the first place.

You don’t have a problem.

You have a circumstance.

You have the choice to either stay trapped in your mind and perseverate over and over and over again, the idea that you have a problem or get in the flow of your body’s rhythms and act in accordance with your divine wisdom that you were born with.

That inner wisdom is your birthright and your compass above all other direction devices.

Most of us are addicted to problem-solving and while that is great if you have a data driven job or you need to find a solution to a math equation. But…When it comes to your relationships, your health or your life purpose, it’s time to let go of the addiction to problem solving and get addicted to jumping into the flow of life and allowing the solutions to unfold…As if by magic. ♥
