Let’s define what your greatest potential is and what it means to be empowered. Your greatest potential is what I have always been able to see in You. I have always been able to sense your perfect human nature to love, to contribute, and to grow. Even when you think you have not loved good enough, contributed enough, or felt like you were not evolving quick enough, you were always exactly where you needed to be. You have spent so much time struggling between your mind’s wants and needs and your heart’s wants and needs. The most wise thing you can do now is integrate your big brain with your big heart, instead of wasting energy trying to separate the two. Your greatest potential is found through this integration and seen through the eyes of your intuition. You hold the power to your infinite wisdom and you can empower yourself by unlocking this wisdom.

I get YOU. When you meet me, you might ask, “Do I know you”? It’s because we are similar in many ways. We both have imperfections and we make mistakes, but we don’t let our imperfections or mistakes hold us back from being good people and doing the best we can with what we have. You might even feel a kindred spirit kind of connection when you are around me. I love this connection because I know that wherever I go, whether it is the furthest edge of South Africa or in the deep wilderness of Alaska, I am connected to you.

You were born with an entry-level awareness of inner wisdom and you don’t need me to guide you through your innate knowing. Partnering with me, you graduate to the big leagues of intuition. I am talking about the kind of intuition where the real bad-ass skills are developed, building big intuitive muscles to make real visionary and creative decisions in your life. We get down and dirty by expanding and upgrading your mind and body into the vibrational levels of intuition where the great visionaries and creatives worked from. Your intuition is the key to answer all of your questions and the buried treasure chest is your heart, just waiting to be unlocked!

I am a Southern California-born gal and made my way to the open spaces of my current home in Southern Idaho. I am married to a cool cat named Alex and we share our lives with two australian/border collie-mixed canines. I love to take advantage of the Idaho recreational outdoor life by riding my snowboard in the winter months and backpack, hike, run, and bike during the warmer months. I love anything outdoors as that is where I find the most inspiration from the source that I call God – the One I see in You and I. I am religious about human and animal rights. I am also religious about good vibes and doing my best to spread the Love.

I played out my hand in the corporate world and experienced 10 years learning about semiconductor technology. During that time, I exercised my Electronics degree and eventually crossed the bridge over towards my passion of the Healing Arts and became certified and licensed in therapeutic massage. In hindsight, I am now aware of this metaphoric bridge as a symbol of crossing over from my brain to my heart. I practiced therapeutic massage for the next 8 years while honing my own skills of intuition. Those 8 years were instrumental to the coaching work I do now because I realize how invaluable it is to be able to decode the moment-to-moment hidden messages the human body conveys. With over 7,500 hours of bodywork in partnership with hundreds and hundreds of my dear clients, I began to sense a knowing of the next evolving phase of my passion to serve in another way. I have since answered the call to guide YOU across the bridge of your mind and your heart. I am honored to share with you an easy way to integrate the two vital energetic organs of the brain and heart through the vessel of Intuition Coaching.
